This configuration has been working fine for quite a while, but recently we've seen an issue. I'm running Hyper-V and created one virtual switch, which is using Team1 for its External Network connection. Teams are configured as 'Switch Independent' using Address Hash for load balancing. I split the 4 NICs into 2 network teams (Team1 and Team2). The server has 4 physical NICs, each of which is connected to a different switch in the stack. I have a ProLiant D元80 G7 server running Windows Server 2012 Datacenter.
